Man holding a tray of non-alcoholic drinks outside pub

Sainsbury’s Launches First ‘NoLo’ Pub

1 MIN READ • 25th July 2019

Sainsbury’s has opened its doors to the UK’s first no and low alcohol pub, welcoming those looking to cut down on their alcohol intake and those who just don’t fancy the post-pub hangover.

The Clean Vic appears exactly like a traditional pub to the naked eye – with bartenders and beer on tap – everything on offer will in fact be entirely non-alcoholic or have an ABV of just 0.5%.

The launch follows its recent consumer research where one third (33%) of Sainsbury’s customers have lost touch with friends since cutting down their alcohol intake. You can find them on New Oxford Street on Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th July 2019.
