1⁄2 banana, mashed
1 egg white
1 tablespoon of milk (your choice)
1⁄2 teaspoon of baking powder
Coconut oil (to cook your pancakes in)
1 tablespoon Linwoods Milled Flaxseed, Bio Cultures and Vitamin D
1. Mix the oats, banana and egg whites together.
2. Blend until consistency is smooth.
3. Pour pancake mix into a heated pan and fry for two to three minutes until golden on both sides.
