From store cupboard essentials and top sleep aids, to yoga wear and anti-ageing beauty, we’ll be trying all the very latest in wellness with the help of our expert panel of judges. And, we want you to be part of these awards, too! For the past couple of months, you’ve been nominating your favourite people and brands in the world of wellness. We’ve now drawn up a shortlist for each category and it’s time for you to cast your final vote. Plus, as a thank you for taking part, we’ll automatically enter you into a prize draw to win a seven-night stay at Club La Santa in Lanzarote, worth over £1,000! The prize
We’ve teamed up with Club La Santa in Lanzarote to give one lucky voter in our Health & Wellbeing Awards a seven-night holiday at the resort, worth more than £1,000! There are 80 free sports activities to try, including yoga, Pilates and kayaking, as well as 600 bikes available to rent, so you can cycle off at a moment’s notice to explore the beautiful landscape. As well as activities to get the heart pumping, you’ll find lots to help you unwind, such as yoga flow, stretch and relax or aerial relaxation. You’ll stay in a one-bedroom self-catering apartment, in the heart of the action, which can sleep up to three adults and one child, aged 14 or under.
