The current climate means maintaining our mental health has arguably never been more important, so to get those endorphins flowing, try this workout to boost your mood in minutes.

“Even the smallest amount of movement can help to get the blood pumping and endorphins flowing,” explains Scott Britton, co-founder of Move Forward Gym and Battle Cancer.

“This is a signature style of workout we like to run at Battle Cancer events and at Move Forward Gym. They’re quick, nine-minute workouts that are super simple, and can be done by anyone, no matter what level of ability, experience or fitness.”

“The short, snappy workouts also mean you don’t place the body under too much stress, and it gives you that perfect boost to elevate your mood and find some release.”
